Size guide

Pick the air cap it ships with.

Thin coatings atomize best through a small cap and thick ones need a bigger opening. Measure your coating with the #4 Ford cup and choose the size whose range it falls in.

FAQ

T75G questions, answered.

Which air cap size should I choose?

Start with the 1.3 mm cap for most lacquers, sealers, varnishes and polyurethanes. Go smaller for dyes, shellac and stain, 1.8 mm for pigmented lacquer and oil-based paint, and 2.0 mm for waterborne paint and primer.

Can I change the air cap later?

Yes. The T75G takes 5100 air cap sets from 0.8 to 2.5 mm. Each set is a matched cap, needle and nozzle.

Which turbines does the T75G work with?

Fuji offers the T75G on its Mini-Mite Platinum, Q Platinum and D6 systems. Have an older or different turbine? Ask us before you order.

T75G, T70 or G-XPC: which should I get?

The T75G has a 600 mL cup on top, for cabinets, flat work and touch-ups. The T70 has a 1 qt bottom-feed cup for fewer refills. The G-XPC has a 400 mL side-mounted cup for tight spots and spraying at any angle.

Can I get a bigger cup?

Yes. The 9775 1000 mL cup fits the T75G, and so do the 9860 600 mL and 9740 400 mL cups.

Is it good for waterborne coatings?

Yes. The fluid passages are stainless steel, so it handles waterborne and solvent-based coatings. Use the 2.0 mm cap for waterborne paint and primer.

What warranty does it have?

Fuji Spray gives the original buyer a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. See Fuji's warranty terms, or contact us with questions.
