How to rebuild
Rebuild in six steps.
- 1Clean the gun firstFlush it with the right cleaner and unhook the hose.
- 2Remove the collar and air capUnscrew the collar at the front of the gun and lift off the air cap.
- 3Pull the needleUnscrew the fluid control knob slowly so you don't lose the spring, squeeze the trigger and slide the needle out.
- 4Strip the front endRemove the fluid nozzle with the gun wrench, then the air diffuser, diffuser seal and air divider.
- 5Fit the new partsReplace the worn seals, springs, packing and divider with the parts from the kit.
- 6ReassembleLine up the small hole in the air divider at 12 o'clock and seat the locating pin. Tighten the nozzle with the wrench, then oil only the needle shaft and refit the needle, spring, knob, cap and collar.

Which guns does the 5262 kit fit?
The Fuji T70 and T75G T-Series guns, which come with Mini-Mite, Q Platinum and D6 systems. For the G-XPC, use the 9610 rebuild kit.
What's in the kit?
A collar, diffuser seal, air divider seal, air divider, needle packing, valve spring, needle spring and fluid adjusting knob.
Does it include an air cap, needle or nozzle?
No. Those come as a matched 5100 air cap set. Replace them as a set if they're worn or damaged.
When should I rebuild my gun?
When the spray pattern or trigger feel isn't what it was, or as routine maintenance if you spray often.
How do I keep the gun in good shape?
Clean it right after every use, never soak the whole gun in solvent, and never use a wire brush. Oil only the needle shaft, not the tip.
Can you rebuild it for me?
