Cleaning and Care

  1. Strain every fill. Strain the coating into the cup so debris doesn't reach the nozzle.
  2. Empty and wipe. After spraying, pour out what's left and wipe the cup with a cleaner-soaked rag.
  3. Flush the gun. Half-fill the cup with cleaner, swirl it, then open the fluid knob and trigger to flush it through.
  4. Clean the lid. Clean the inside and outside of the cup and lid.
  5. Check the tube. Look for dried coating on the pressure tube and replace it if it's blocked.
  6. Check the seal. Replace the gasket or diaphragm when it's worn or swollen so the cup holds pressure.

FAQ

9775 cup questions, answered.

Which gun does the 9775 cup fit?

The Fuji T75G gravity gun and other centre-mount T-Series gravity guns, including the T75G option on Mini-Mite, Q Platinum and D6 systems.

What's included?

1000 mL aluminum gravity cup, cup lid, gasket and pressure tube with check valve.

Is it too heavy for the T75G?

A full 1000 mL cup adds weight at the top of the gun. It's best for long runs like cabinet boxes and trim, where fewer refills matter more than a light gun. For detail work, the 600 mL or 400 mL cup is easier to handle.

Which gasket does it use?

Spare 600 mL and 1000 mL gravity cup gaskets are sold with our gravity cup lids and gaskets.

Will it fit the G-XPC or T70?

No. The G-XPC takes the 9850 or 9870 side-mount cup, and the T70 is a bottom-feed gun that takes the 2095 quart cup.

How do I clean it?

Empty it, wipe it with a cleaner-soaked rag, flush the gun with cleaner, and check the pressure tube and lid seal. Never soak the whole gun in solvent.

Keep your T75G ready to spray.
