The Fuji G-XPC (9600-G) is an HVLP turbine spray gun with a 400 mL side-mounted gravity cup. Fuji's Swivel N' Set cup lets you spray at any angle, even upward, which makes it a favourite for cabinet interiors, drawers, furniture and small parts. A 1.4 mm air cap set comes installed.

Compatibility
The G-XPC is a gun option on Fuji Mini-Mite Platinum, Q Platinum and D6 systems. It takes 8050 air cap sets, 9850 and 9870 cups and the 9610 rebuild kit. T70 and T75G air caps don't fit.

How to Set Up and Use
- Strain and check. Strain the coating into the cup and check it with the #4 Ford cup. Thin only as the coating maker allows.
- Set the cup angle. Swivel the cup so it stays upright for the way you'll hold the gun.
- Connect. Attach the turbine hose to the gun.
- Test on cardboard. Set the fan size and fluid flow until the pattern is even.
- Spray. Hold the gun square to the surface and overlap each pass by about half.
- Clean right away. Empty the cup, flush it through with the right cleaner and check the gasket and pressure tube.

What makes the G-XPC different?
Its cup is mounted on the side and swivels, so you can spray at any angle, even upward, and see past the cup into tight spaces.
What air cap does it come with?
A 1.4 mm set, for a fine finish with lacquer, polyurethane, latex and other waterborne coatings. Other sizes from 0.7 to 2.2 mm are sold as 8050 air cap sets.
Do T70 or T75G air caps fit the G-XPC?
No. The G-XPC takes 8050 sets only. The 5100 sets are for the T70 and T75G.
Can I get a bigger cup?
Yes. The 9870 600 mL nylon cup fits the G-XPC. The 9850 400 mL cup is the standard replacement.
Which turbines does the G-XPC work with?
Fuji offers the G-XPC on its Mini-Mite Platinum, Q Platinum and D6 systems. Have an older or different turbine? Ask us before you order.
How do I rebuild it?
The 9610 rebuild kit replaces the wear parts on G-XPC and XPC guns.
What warranty does it have?
