Replace a worn part
- Clean the gun first. Flush it with the right cleaner and unhook the hose.
- Find the worn part. Check the seals, packing, springs and valves. Look for leaks, sticking, cracks or wear.
- Match the number. Pick the part by name and Fuji part number from the options above the add-to-cart button.
- Fit it. Fit the new part the same way as the old one. Snug, don't overtighten.
- Oil the needle. Oil only the needle shaft, not the tip, when you put the gun back together.
- Test on cardboard. Set the fan and fluid flow and check the pattern is even before you spray the job.

Which guns do these parts fit?
Why are some parts blue and some black?
The pattern control and rebuild kit come in blue or black to match the colour of your gun. Pick the one that matches.
What's in the 2342 rebuild kit?
Both kits include the 2301 collar, 2303 diffuser, 2312 needle packing, 2309 needle spring, 2307 fluid control knob, the pattern control assembly, and the 2323 Allen screw and key. The only difference is the colour of the pattern control knob on the back of the gun: blue or black.
Where's the air cap, needle and nozzle?
They come together as a matched 7020 air cap set. Replace them as a set.
