Fuji 7003 M-Model HVLP Turbine Spray Gun, Bottom Feed, 1.8 mm

The Fuji 7003 M-Model HVLP turbine spray gun comes with a 1 qt bottom-feed cup and a 1.8 mm air cap set installed. It's a convertible, non-bleed gun, so you can switch it between bottom feed and gravity feed to suit the job. Fuji offers it with the Semi-PRO 2 2-stage HVLP systems.

Compatibility

How to Use

1. Connect the gun to your turbine hose.
2. Strain and fill. Strain the coating into the 1 qt cup.
3. Set the pattern. Choose vertical, horizontal or round with the fan pattern control.
4. Test on cardboard. Adjust the fluid flow until the spray is even.
5. Spray with the gun square to the surface, overlapping each pass by about half.
6. Clean right away. Take the gun apart and clean the air cap, needle and nozzle.
