Compatibility
7020 sets fit Fuji's 7001, 7002G and 7003 M-Model guns, the guns on the Semi-PRO 2, Semi-PRO 2 Gravity and Hobby-PRO 2. They don't fit T70 or T75G guns (use the 5100 bundle) or the G-XPC (use 8050 sets). The 0.8 and 1.3 mm sizes are sold as single 7020 sets.

How to Change an Air Cap Set
- Clean the gun first. Flush it with the right cleaner and unhook the hose.
- Remove the collar and air cap. Unscrew the collar at the front of the gun and lift off the air cap.
- Pull the needle. Unscrew the fluid control knob slowly so you don't lose the spring, squeeze the trigger and slide the needle out.
- Remove the nozzle. Use the gun wrench to unscrew the fluid nozzle.
- Fit the new set. Install the new nozzle snugly with the wrench, then the needle, spring, knob, air cap and collar. On M-Model guns, always fit the cap, needle and nozzle from the same set.
- Test on cardboard. Check viscosity with the #4 Ford cup, then adjust the fan and fluid flow until the pattern is even.

Which Fuji guns does the 7020 bundle fit?
Fuji M-Model guns: the 7001 and 7002G on the Semi-PRO 2 systems and the 7003 on the Hobby-PRO 2. It doesn't fit T70 or T75G guns (use the 5100 bundle) or the G-XPC (use 8050 sets).
Which sizes are in the bundle?
The 1.0 mm (7020-2), 1.5 mm (7020-4), 1.8 mm (7020-5) and 2.0 mm (7020-6) sets, plus a 5137 carry case.
Is the 1.3 mm set included?
No. The 1.3 mm set comes on the Semi-PRO 2 gun. The 0.8 and 1.3 mm sizes are sold as single 7020 sets.
Which size should I use?
Go smaller for thinner coatings and bigger for thicker coatings and larger surfaces. Your coating's #4 Ford cup time is the best guide.
What does the carry case hold?
The 5137 case holds four sets of air caps, needles and nozzles. It fits 7020 and 5100 sets, not G-XPC 8050 sets.
