This is an open-box (A+) Fuji D6. The box has been opened, and it may be a customer return, but the system has never been used. It's inspected to A+ condition, complete with every part a new D6 comes with, and carries the full Fuji manufacturer's warranty. The 6 for 6 accessory kit is included, and it has the same 35-day returns as a new system. Stock is limited. A new D6 is also available.

What Open Box (A+) Means

  • Opened, never used: The box has been opened, and it may be a customer return, but the system has never been sprayed.
  • Inspected A+: Each unit is inspected to A+ condition and is complete, with every part a new system comes with.
  • Full Fuji warranty: 2 + 1 years from Fuji Spray, the same as a new D6.
  • 6 for 6 accessory kit included: Fuji's bonus accessories come with it, just like a new D6.
  • 35-day returns: The same 35-day returns as a new system.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 6-stage motor, up to 11.5 psi: the most pressure in the Fuji range, for heavier coatings with less thinning.
  • Smart Select control panel with 6 pre-set pressure settings, so you can repeat the same setting job after job.
  • 2-stage foam and HEPA filtration with a check filter light, for cleaner, warmer, drier air.
  • Easy Pause remote to pause the turbine without walking back to it.
  • Cool operation design to extend motor life, plus a fold-away gun holder.
  • 6 for 6 accessory kit included, and a 2 + 1 year warranty from Fuji.

Applications & Recommended Uses

Use the D6 on kitchen cabinets, built-ins, doors, millwork and furniture, especially with heavy waterborne or solvent-based enamels, primers, lacquers and polyurethanes. For walls, ceilings and exteriors, an airless paint sprayer is faster. Mostly spraying lacquer and stain? The Q5 Platinum or Mini-Mite 5 may be all you need.

Painting walls or a whole house?

HVLP gives you control and little overspray, but it isn't fast on big surfaces. For walls, ceilings and exteriors, an airless paint sprayer is the better tool. For cabinets, pair your D6 with Envirolak waterborne lacquer, which we tint and match in store.

FAQ

D6 questions, answered.

What does open box (A+) mean?

The box has been opened, and the unit may be a customer return, but it has never been used. It's inspected to A+ condition and complete, with every part a new D6 comes with.

Does an open-box unit have the full warranty?

Yes. It carries the full Fuji manufacturer's warranty: 2 + 1 years from Fuji Spray, the same as a new D6.

Is the bonus kit included?

Yes. The 6 for 6 accessory kit comes with every open-box D6, the same as a new system.

Can I return an open-box unit?

Yes. Open-box units have the same 35-day returns as new. See our refund policy for details.

Is the D6 worth it over the Q5 or Mini-Mite 5?

Choose the D6 if you spray heavy coatings often and want to thin less. It builds up to 11.5 psi versus 9.5 psi on the 5-stage Q5 and Mini-Mite 5, and adds pre-set pressure settings, HEPA filtration and a remote. For lacquer, stain and most cabinet work, a 5-stage system is plenty.

Can the D6 spray without thinning?

More pressure means heavier coatings atomize with less thinning, and many coatings may spray as they come. It depends on the coating, so check viscosity with the #4 Ford cup and follow the coating maker's directions. Test on scrap first.

Which gun should I choose: T75G, T70 or G-XPC?

The T75G (600 mL gravity cup) suits most cabinet and furniture work. The T70 (1 L bottom-feed cup) means fewer refills on bigger jobs. The G-XPC (400 mL side-mount cup) gets into tight spots and small parts.

What does the HEPA filtration do?

The D6 draws air through a foam pre-filter and a HEPA filter, so the air reaching your finish is cleaner, warmer and drier. A check filter light tells you when it's time to change them.

Save on a D6 that's never been used.

Open-box stock is limited. If the gun you want is sold out, the new D6 comes with the same 6 for 6 accessory kit.
