Compatibility

Rebuild in six steps
- Clean the gun first. Flush it with the right cleaner and disconnect the air line.
- Remove the collar and air cap. Unscrew the collar at the front of the gun and lift off the air cap.
- Pull the needle. Unscrew the fluid control knob slowly so you don't lose the spring, squeeze the trigger and slide the needle out.
- Swap the worn parts. Replace the seals, springs, packing and other worn parts with the ones from the kit, one at a time so nothing gets mixed up.
- Reassemble. Oil only the needle shaft, not the tip, then refit the needle, spring, knob, air cap and collar.
- Test on cardboard. Set the fan and fluid flow and check the pattern is even before you spray the job.

Rebuild in six steps.

How do I keep the gun in good shape?
Clean it right after every use, never soak the whole gun in solvent, and never use a wire brush. Oil only the needle shaft, not the tip.
