The Fuji LX-20 HVLP compressor spray gun comes in gravity feed or pressure feed, and ships ready to spray. Every LX-20 comes with a 1.4 mm air cap installed, extra 1.2 mm and 1.7 mm air caps, and a pressure regulator for the gun's air inlet. It needs 15.2 cfm at 26 psi, weighs 502 g without a cup, and its 100% stainless steel fluid passages handle waterborne and solvent-based coatings, including high-solids. Choose gravity feed with or without a 600cc nylon cup, or pressure feed to run from a pot.

Applications & Recommended Uses
The LX-20 suits finishers, cabinet and furniture shops, and refinishers with a compressor that delivers 15.2 cfm at 26 psi. Use the gravity version for smaller pieces and colour changes, and the pressure version with a pot for larger runs. Compatibility
Takes LX-20 air cap sets from 1.0 to 2.0 mm, and the 6282 LX-20 rebuild kit. The pressure-feed version runs from a 5466 or 5470 pressure pot with a 5486 or 5487 2-in-1 hose. The gravity version takes the 6375 3 oz gravity cup for touch-ups, the 5330 and 5375 gun holders and 9030-10 barrel strainers. A spare 6380 regulator gauge fits every version. How to Use
- Check your air. Your compressor and lines need to deliver 15.2 cfm at 26 psi at the gun. Use clean, dry air.
- Fit the regulator. Fit the included regulator at the 1/4" air inlet so you can set pressure right at the gun.
- Pick your cap. Start with the 1.4 mm cap. Go to 1.2 mm for thin finishes or 1.7 mm for heavier coatings.
- Feed the gun. Fill the gravity cup, or connect your pressure pot's fluid hose to the pressure-feed gun.
- Test the pattern. Spray a test board. Adjust the side-mounted fan control and the fluid knob until the pattern is even.
- Clean right away. Flush the gun with the right cleaner for your waterborne or solvent-based coating.

LX-20 gun questions, answered.
What size compressor do I need?
Fuji recommends 15.2 cfm at 26 psi at the gun inlet. Check your compressor's rated cfm at that pressure, not just its tank size. Not sure? Tell us your compressor and we'll check.
Gravity or pressure feed?
Choose gravity feed for smaller jobs with a cup on top of the gun. Choose pressure feed to run from a pressure pot, like the 5466 2 qt compressor pot, for bigger jobs without refilling a cup.
Which air caps does it come with?
It comes with a 1.4 mm air cap installed, plus extra 1.2 mm and 1.7 mm caps. LX-20 air cap sets from 1.0 to 2.0 mm are sold separately.
What else is in the box?
A pressure regulator for the gun's air inlet, a spray gun wrench and the manual. The gravity version with a cup also includes a 600cc nylon gravity cup.
What coatings can it spray?

Is there a rebuild kit?
Yes. The 6282 LX-20 rebuild kit has the seals and wear parts to service the gun. For touch-ups on the gravity version, add the 6375 3 oz gravity cup.
What warranty does it have?
Fuji Spray gives the original buyer a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. See Fuji's warranty terms, or contact us with questions.
Can you service it for me?
