Use the S18 on bottom-feed guns with a 3/8"-18 NPS fluid inlet, including Fuji Spray turbine guns. It's a good fit for:

How to Install and Use

1. Remove the existing cup from your spray gun.
2. Thread the S18 adapter onto the gun's fluid inlet until snug.
3. Mix your coating in a PPS 2.0 liner and fit the lid.
4. Set the lid and liner into the H/O pressure cup and connect it to the adapter, following 3M's H/O cup instructions.
5. Spray. When you're done, cap the lid with a sealing plug to save leftover material, or throw away the lid and liner.
6. Clean the gun and adapter with a small amount of the right solvent or water for your coating.

Will the S18 adapter fit my Fuji T70 or M-Model?

Yes. 3M lists the S18 (26054) for the Fuji T-70, M-Model, XPC, XT and XT-2 bottom-feed guns.

Do I need a pressure cup with the S18?

Yes. On a bottom-feed gun, the S18 is used with a PPS 2.0 H/O pressure cup (26121 or 26124), sold separately.

Does it work with original PPS cups and lids?

No. 3M designs Series 2.0 adapters for PPS Series 2.0 lids, liners and cups only. The older PPS H/O pressure cup (16124) is not a Series 2.0 part.

Which H/O pressure cup should I get?

Choose by batch size. The 26121 holds the 400 mL Midi (and smaller) liners; the 26124 holds the 650 mL Standard and 850 mL Large liners.

What thread does the S18 have?

A 3/8"-18 NPS female thread, in stainless steel.

How do I clean the adapter?
