How to rebuild
Rebuild in six steps.
- 1Clean the gun firstFlush it with the right cleaner and disconnect the air line.
- 2Remove the collar and air capUnscrew the collar at the front of the gun and lift off the air cap.
- 3Pull the needleUnscrew the fluid control knob slowly so you don't lose the spring, squeeze the trigger and slide the needle out.
- 4Swap the worn partsReplace the seals, springs, packing and other worn parts with the ones from the kit, one at a time so nothing gets mixed up.
- 5ReassembleOil only the needle shaft, not the tip, then refit the needle, spring, knob, air cap and collar.
- 6Test on cardboardSet the fan and fluid flow and check the pattern is even before you spray the job.

Does it include an air cap, needle or nozzle?
No. Those come as a matched LX-20 air cap set. Replace them as a set if they're worn or damaged.
How do I keep the gun in good shape?
Clean it right after every use, never soak the whole gun in solvent, and never use a wire brush. Oil only the needle shaft, not the tip.
Can you fix it for me?
Yes, if it's out of warranty. Our Rockwood Village spray centre in Mississauga repairs sprayers. Contact us to book it in. Still under Fuji's 24-month warranty? Contact Fuji Spray first, because repairs by anyone other than Fuji or its authorized agent void the warranty.
