How to replace the diaphragm.
- 1DepressurizeTurn off the turbine and loosen the cup to release pressure.
- 2Open the lidUnscrew the cup and turn the lid over.
- 3Remove the old diaphragmTake out the old diaphragm and wipe the seat clean.
- 4Fit a new oneSeat a new diaphragm where the old one sat.
- 5Close and testScrew the cup back on and spray a test pass.
- 6Check it oftenReplace the diaphragm whenever coating has reached it.

Yes. The 2098 cup parts kit has three diaphragms, three gaskets and three pressure tubes.
Will it fit my older Fuji cup?
No. 2095 parts changed in fall 2019 and don't fit the older 2042 cup, which uses the 2039 parts kit. Send us a photo if you're not sure which cup you have.
