Ramuc Epoxy Patching Compound
Ramuc Epoxy Patching Compound is a thick two-part epoxy filler for pool repairs. It fills holes, gouges and large cavities in one application without sagging, running or shrinking, on concrete, plaster, fibreglass, epoxy and metal, above or below the waterline. Once cured, sand it and paint over it with your Ramuc pool paint.

Where to Use It
Holes, gouges, chips and hollow spots in concrete, gunite and plaster, plus fibreglass, epoxy, polyester resin and metal. Fill and fair repairs before Ramuc Clean & Prep and painting with EP Epoxy, Hi-Build Epoxy, A-2 or DS. For moving cracks and expansion joints, use flexible Ramuc PSL. Don't put polyester gelcoat over it.

Application Guide
- Prep the repair. Clean, dry and sound, free of old caulk and dirt. Wire brush or grind for a rough surface.
- Dispense a small batch onto a plastic palette.
- Mix until the purple is gone and it's evenly clear. Spread it thin to stretch your working time.
- Press in a thin first layer, then build up and shape the rest within 20–25 minutes.
- Cure 16 hours or more, then sand and paint.

FAQ
1What can I repair with it?
Holes, gouges, chips and hollow spots in concrete and plaster pools, plus fibreglass, epoxy and metal. It fills large cavities in one go without sagging or shrinking.
2Can I paint over it?
Yes. Let it cure at least 16 hours, sand it, then paint with most pool paints, including Ramuc EP, Hi-Build, A-2 and DS. Don't use polyester gelcoat over it.
3How long do I have to work with it?
About 20–25 minutes at 25 °C, less when it's hot. Mix small batches and spread them thin on the palette to stretch the time.
4Epoxy Patching Compound or PSL?
Use Epoxy Patching Compound for rigid repairs like holes, gouges and hollow spots. Use flexible Ramuc PSL for expansion joints and cracks up to ½ in that move with the seasons.
5Does it work underwater?
It's rated for use above or below the waterline. Apply it to a clean, dry, sound surface between 5 °C and 30 °C, and not in rain.
6Do you ship, or can I pick up?
