Fuji 9622 Touch-Up Turbine Bleeder Spray Gun, 1.0 mm Air Cap

The Fuji 9622 touch-up turbine spray gun is a small bleeder-style gun for touch-ups and hard-to-reach spots. It connects to any HVLP turbine hose with a quick-connect coupler, and comes with an 8 oz mini cup and a 1.0 mm air cap set.

Key Features & Benefits

• Bleeder style: Unlike other Fuji guns, air blows from the front of the gun whether or not the trigger is pulled.
• 1.0 mm air cap set installed: Stainless steel needle and nozzle with an aluminum air cap.
• Stainless steel fluid passages: Built to last through regular clean-ups.
• Adjustable pattern: From a 1/4 in. round dot up to a 6 in. pattern.
• 8 oz mini cup: Mix only what the touch-up needs.
• Fits any HVLP turbine: Attach it to your hose and start spraying.

Compatibility

Works with any HVLP turbine hose fitted with a quick-connect coupler, like the 2046 coupling. It does not work with an air compressor. A larger 1.8 mm cap comes in the touch-up air cap sets, and we stock 9622 replacement parts.

How to Use

1. Connect the gun. Push it onto the quick-connect coupler on your turbine hose.
2. Strain and fill. Strain a small amount of coating into the 8 oz cup.
3. Start the turbine. Air flows through the gun right away, because it's a bleeder gun.
4. Set the pattern. Test on cardboard and adjust from a small dot up to 6 in.
5. Touch up. Spray light passes on the repair.
6. Clean right away. Empty the cup and spray cleaner through the gun until it runs clean.
