The 3M PPS 2.0 Adapter, Type S2c (26003) lets you run the 3M PPS Series 2.0 disposable cup system on the gravity spray gun you already own. It threads onto guns with a 16 mm x 1.5 mm (M16 x 1.5) cup thread, including the Fuji Spray T75G, Fuji LX-20 and MPX-30 gravity guns, Iwata W400 and LPH400, and dozens more. Once it's on, you mix, filter and spray from a disposable lid and liner, so the only things left to clean are the gun and the adapter. PPS 2.0 is a closed system, so you can spray at any angle, even upside down. That helps inside cabinet boxes and on the undersides of furniture.

How to Install and Use

1. Remove the existing cup from your spray gun.
2. Thread the S2c adapter onto the gun's cup inlet until snug.
3. Mix your coating in a PPS 2.0 liner inside the hard cup, using the mix ratios printed on the cup.
4. Lock the lid onto the cup with a quarter turn, then attach the cup to the adapter.
5. Spray. When you're done, cap the lid with a sealing plug to save leftover material, or throw away the lid and liner.
6. Clean the gun and adapter with a small amount of the right solvent or water for your coating.

PPS 2.0 lids have a built-in 125 or 200 micron filter. Follow your coating maker's filter recommendation.

Will the S2c adapter fit my Fuji T75G?

Yes. The S2c (26003) is the PPS 2.0 adapter for the Fuji T75G gravity gun, as well as the LX-20 Gravity and MPX-30 Gravity. Bottom-feed Fuji guns like the T70 and M-Model take the S18 instead.

Does it work with original PPS cups and lids?

No. 3M designs Series 2.0 adapters for PPS Series 2.0 lids, liners and cups only.

Which PPS 2.0 cup sizes does it fit?

All of them: Micro 90 mL, Mini 200 mL, Midi 400 mL, Standard 650 mL and Large 850 mL, plus the PPS 2.0 H/O pressure cups.

Does it come with cups, lids or liners?

No, this is the adapter only. Pair it with a PPS 2.0 lid and liner kit, such as the Midi 400 mL kit (26112).
